NEUROPATHY TREATMENT

PROGRAM

WHAT IS NEUROPATHY?

Neuropathy is a general term that means “nerve problem”. There are a variety of types and causes of neuropathy. Despite what other doctors may have told you, most types of neuropathy symptoms can be greatly improved, if not completely resolved. That is always our goal at Porterfield Family Chiropractic.

In order to effectively treat neuropathy, three factors must be determined.

  • 1. What is the underlying cause?
  • 2. How much nerve damage has been sustained?
  • 3. How much treatment will be required?

The treatment we provide has three main goals.

  • 1. Increase blood flow and get nutrition back to the nerves.
  • 2. Stimulate small and large fiber nerves.
  • 3. Decrease brain-based discomfort and less pain!

YOU WON'T FIND OUR TREATMENT ANYWHERE ELSE

Dr. Porterfield has trained extensively on neuropathy and nerve function. Our proprietary and comprehensive treatment program utilize state-of-the-art technologies that are designed to reduce sensory impairment and pain.

RECOVERY IS POSSIBLE

Our program works by addressing the underlying causes of Peripheral Neuropathy and not “band-aiding” symptoms.

Recovery is possible. Our comprehensive neuropathy treatment achieves 60-90% improvement. Some patients achieve 100% complete resolution of symptoms.

Please note, once 85% nerve loss has been sustained, there may be nothing we can do.
